Exchange & Returns
We highly recommend you analyze every aspect of your requirement and read all the policies before purchasing. Exchange and return key points are listed below:
- Exchange within 7 days subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
- No refunds and no returns.
- Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
- Products purchased on ‘sale’ can only be exchanged in different sizes, depending on the size availability.
- In case of a lost shipment, the customer must inform via email [care@caparison.com.pk] with the complete order details. We will set up an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- For exchange (return within 7 days of purchase) please email us at care@caparison.com.pk or call (+92) 323 1199 554 during working days (Monday to Friday) from 10 am to 5 pm.
- Returning items will be returned at the customer’s cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be Exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, wrongly delivered or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@caparison.com.pk and send your item to our head office.
Delivery of Exchange
To return your product, you should mail your product to our head office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery cost for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
